The
company collects the minimal personal information which is necessarily needed in
connection with the services basically provided by us.

1. The company collets the personal information when hiring.
- Items: Name, Address, e-Mail, Mobile and other information
necessary for the recruitment.
2. The
company may collect information below which can be generated automatically in
the course that the user accesses to our website.
- Items: IP Address, Cookie, date of access and so on.
b. The method of collection
The company collects personal
information of the users in a way of followings.
- We
collect personal information through the website, written form, telephone
calling, e-mailing, resume and so on.
2. Collection and use of the personal information
The company uses the collected information of the users for the
following purposes.
a. Utilize
the Personal Information in hiring
The Personal information collected in hiring is used for the
notice of the document screening process and the interview and the Q&A.
b. Use of
the Personal Information when appliers request
Personal
Information collected when the request for destroying the application is
received is used for our response in relation to the result of the destruction
of the application.
3. Period of time during which the personal information is possessed
and used
In principle, Personal
Information of users is destructed without any delay when the purpose of its
collection and use has been achieved.
Provided that, if it is required
to retain for the following case, SHPAC will retain the information for certain
period as specified below.

① Reason for retention: Personal Information of job applicants is
utilized for our human resource pool which will be referred for prior
employment in future hiring.
② Period for retention: at least 3years after first application
4. Procedure and method for destruction of the personal information
In
principle, Personal Information of users is destroyed without any delay when
its purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled. Our procedure and
method of destruction of personal information are as follows.
a. Procedure
for destruction of personal information
- The Information provided by the users for job
applications is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose of its
collection has been achieved (in case of hardcopy documents, be stored in a
filing cabinet), and will be stored for a certain period and then be destructed
in accordance with Internal Policy(refer to ‘Period for retention and use of
personal information’) and terms for information protection according to other
relevant laws.
b. Use of personal information
when received the request on destruction of the application

In such event, the personal information which is stored and managed separately
will never be used for other purposes except for cases required by laws.
5. User’s right and method of exercising the right
- The job applicants of users may request the destruction of
job applications at any time.
- The
request of destructing job applications can be requested via e-mail and the
requested applications will be destroyed after storage for 3years in accordance
with Internal Policy.
- If
users request for the modification of the personal information, the company
will not use or provide related personal information until the correction is
done.
- Destructed
personal information is handled as specified in the “3. Period of time during
which the personal information is possessed and used”, and such information is
not allowed to be opened or used for any other purposes.
6. Use for other purposes and Disclosure to Third Parties
In
principle, we do not disclose your information to third parties, however, we
may disclose your information to the following entities.
- If
required to be disclosed by the investigative agencies for detecting crimes in
accordance with the procedure and method as prescribed in the laws and
regulations
- If
required to be disclosed by the laws and regulation
7. Matters concerning installation, operation, and denial of a
device that collect personal information automatically
The
company utilizes ‘Cookie’ which stores and often calls the information of users
in order to provide a personalized and customized service.
Cookies
are very small text files to be sent to the browser of the users by the server
used for operation of the websites of the Company and will be stored in
hard-disks of the users' computer.

‘Cookie’
provides optimized information for users by analyzing information
through checking whether the user are accessed with the security connection or
not, the size of users and so on.

8. Technical and administrative Protective Measures for personal information
SHPAC takes the following technical and administrative measures in
order to prevent the loss, theft, leakage, alteration or damage of personal
information of the users.
a. The measure against hacking

SHPAC is
committed to preventing the leakage or damage of personal information of the
users by hacking or computer viruses as below.
- Backup
the information frequently as a measure against the damage of personal
information
- Measures
for preventing intrusion of computer viruses, including installation and
operation of the latest vaccine software
- Measures
for security by using encryption technology and other methods for safe storage
and transmission of personal information
- Installation
and operation of an access control device, such as a system for blocking
intrusion to cut off illegal access to personal information
- Other
protective measures necessary for securing safety of personal information

Minimization of the staff responsible and the training program
SHPAC restricts
the persons who may handle users’ personal information to the minimum extent,
and we always emphasize full compliance with privacy policy for handling of
personal information to the staff responsible though the frequent training.
9. 3rd Party’s
Sites and Services (links)
SHPAC may
provide the websites and links to the ones of a 3rd party, and in
this case, we do not have any control authorities of the sites and links so
that we are not able to ensure the usefulness of the service and information
from the access. In addition, the privacy protection policy of the site of 3rd
party may be different, thus, it is required for the users to check
additionally that policy of a 3rd party site linked to the website
of us.
10. User’s right and duty
In order
to prevent the unexpected accidents, we strongly recommend you to provide the
latest and accurate personal information.
The user
is responsible for accidents caused by incorrect information which is entered
by the user himself and the user may lose the qualification for application if
providing false information such as other people’s personal information without
permission.
The user has
not only the right to privacy of the user himself but also the duty to protect
the user himself and not to infringe information of someone else. If you are
unable to fulfill such responsibilities and damage the information and dignity

You can
claim for any issues related to the protection of personal information while
